ABOUT PMTC
Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar College, Affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, was started with fund of the kallar community and is administered by the KALLAR KALVI KAZHAGAM. The Long –time dream of people of the area, to have a college, came true by the priceless effort of the P.K.MOOKIAH THEVAR B.A.M.P & M.L.A ,V.K.C. NATARAJAN, IAS and other well-wishers of the community.
The contribution made by farmers, the teachers of kallar and panchayat union schools and the common funds of the PIRAMALAI KALLAR community provided assistance to start this institution. The college is situated on the Madurai – Theni National highway at a distance of 3 Kms from Usilampatti Town. It covers an area of 54.65acres. The college was inaugurated on 05.07.1968 By Dr.T.P .Meenakshi Sundaram , The then Vice Chancellor of Madurai Kamaraj University,Madurai.

About conference (RRMAC-2024)
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT RESEARCH INMANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING AND ECONOMICS -2024 (RRMAC-2024) will take place in the Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar College, Usilampatti and Collaborated with Sri Sai Foundation, Madurai is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of presenting novel contributions related to all real-world aspects of ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT and ACCOUNTING. Theoretical papers must make a convincing case for the relevance of their results to practice. Authors are encouraged to write the abstract and introduction of their paper in a way that makes the results accessible and compelling to a general Management-Economics researcher. In particular, authors should bear in mind that anyone on the programme committee may be asked to review any paper.
The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Management, Economics and Accounting. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in and around the world. - Registration fees are the only charges applicable for faculty members and research scholars; there will be no additional fees.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS
- All of our conference Papers follows Double Blind Peer Review and maximum similarity only allowed 15% Turnitin Plagiarism Software.
REVIEW GUIDELINES
- Peer review is an essential part of the publication process, and it ensures that RRMAC-2024 maintains the highest quality standards for its published papers.
- All manuscripts submitted to our conference are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts.
- Immediately after submission, the conference Editor will perform a technical pre-check of the manuscript. A suitable academic editor will be notified of the submission and invited to perform an editorial pre-check and recommend reviewers.
- Academic editors can decide to continue with the peer review process, reject a manuscript, or request revisions before peer-review. In the case of continuing the peer review process, the Editorial Office will organize the peer review, which is performed by independent experts, and collect at least two review reports per manuscript. We ask authors for sufficient revisions (with a second round of peer review, when necessary) before a final decision is made. The final decision is made by an academic editor (usually the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of a Special Issue). Accepted manuscripts are then copy-edited and English-edited internally.
