Agaramthen, Chennai

Currently in progress, this Agaramthen residence is being developed end to end under our design-build model — architecture, structural engineering, and construction managed by a single accountable team.

The design balances a contemporary elevation with practical, climate-responsive planning: deep overhangs, cross-ventilated room layouts, and material choices selected for Chennai's heat and humidity rather than for render appeal alone.
