EC Farm is a large-scale farm civil works engagement covering everything from initial land survey through earthwork and infrastructure — the kind of ground-up project where the finished result depends entirely on how well the early phases are executed.
We approached it as a sequence of documented milestones: survey and layout, plot clearance, site levelling, and finally the civil structures themselves, so the client had full visibility into progress at every stage rather than a single opaque handover at the end.

The site has since moved from groundwork to structure: galvanised steel columns and roof trusses raised over concrete block plinth walls, the floor bed levelled and compacted between them, and the slab poured and water-cured before the sheds are closed in.
