EC Farm — Plot Clearance & Preparation

The clearance phase prepared the raw plot for survey and earthwork — clearing overgrowth and debris, and cutting a temporary access road so machinery could reach every part of the site without damaging the surrounding land.

We worked plot clearance in tandem with the survey team, so boundary and vegetation decisions could be cross-checked on site instead of guessed at from drawings.

Keeping this stage tidy and well-sequenced made every phase that followed faster, since machinery and material could move across the site without obstruction.
